• Due to hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on Eliquids.

• Any returns must be returned within 28 days. No warranty on stolen or lost items.
• Returns must be unopened returned in original packaging with your receipt, contact details and reason for returning the item before we can issue a refund.
• Please note, Derbyshire Vape will NOT refund or replace if there is a fault using USB to charge. Derbyshire Vape along with most of the industry advise not to charge batteries in a mod and to use an external charger. By purchasing, you accept any responsibility for damage caused.
• Prices on our website may vary to in-store prices.
• As we are a retail shop as well as online. On certain  occasions some kits/mods might not be sealed, This is because we have opened it in store to show a customer. Don’t be Alarmed if this happens.  
• We aim for next day Delivery, Normally within 2-5 working days.
• If you use the click and collect option please wait for a confirmation email that says complete before making your way to collect item(s). This is due to stock or awaiting deliveries of the item(s).
• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct on your order (we are not responsible if it isn’t)  
• To order from our website you must be at least 18 years of age.
